Instructions for use of UV equipment:
1. Connect the power cord to the power supply.
2. Close the main switch, the power indicator is on, press the power start button and the machine is in standby mode.
The closed motor switch, the net belt operation, please adjust the speed control knob according to the demand of the product, make the net belt run the speed is appropriate
4. Start the A lamp, and then turn on the B lamp or C lamp when the current of A light drops to steady state. To prevent the power switch from overrunning.
5. When the uv lamp is turned off, the fan will be continuously operated after the stop button of A light stop and B lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp tube will be cooled, and when the tube is cooled, the power supply will be cut off automatically.
The power supply will be automatically cut off when the power is turned off for a long time.
After turning off the lamp, start the ultraviolet lamp immediately, not bright is normal phenomenon, wait for ultraviolet lamp to cool the rear can light.
8. When replacing the uv lamp, open the upper case and loosen the power line of the light box to tighten the screw and pull out the light box for replacement.
Notes:
1. The grounding wire is well grounded.
2. When the fan is not normal, do not use it to avoid burning the uv lamp.
3. Do not touch the lamp tube with your hand when breaking the uv lamp, in case the mole is caused on the ultraviolet lamp, it will affect the luminous efficiency and must be installed with clean gloves.
4. Turn off the uv lamp and immediately restart, the uv lamp is not bright is normal phenomenon, and the uv light will be relight after cooling.
5. In order to prevent the premature aging of the ultraviolet lamp, the main power supply cannot be cut off immediately after the switch off, and the total power supply should be cut off after the machine is automatically turned off.
When the driving roller has a slight jump in the rotation, tighten the tight screw at both ends of the transmission roller.
7. Please notify the manufacturer or distributor in time when the machine is experiencing serious failure. Do not open the case by yourself.
